I am writing to recommend Kent Patterson for sheriff of Medina County. Kent brings extensive law enforcement management experience, a superior work ethic, strong values and the overall leadership skill that will allow him to excel in this position.

Kent has years of experience as a professional law enforcement executive, both as a post commander for Medina County for the Ohio State Highway Patrol and in his current position as Westfield Center chief of police. Kent's leadership extends to his membership in the Medina County Chiefs Association and his involvement with the Medina County Career Center as their commander of law enforcement training.

In addition to extensive professional qualification and community involvement, Kent is a man of honor, determination and integrity. Kent is uniquely qualified and I am very proud to recommend him for sheriff of Medina County.
