WOOSTER - In the northern retail district of the city, next to Panera Bread and Dunham's, is a place where all your cosmetic needs can get met at once.

"We have many customers who call us a 'one-stop beauty center,'" Tips, Toes and Beyond owner Phil Duong said. "You come in and get everything done."

"Everything" includes hair, nails, massage and waxing.

"Experience the difference," Philip said. "We provide a lot of things."

The difference is delivered by TT&B's eight manicurists, four stylists and a licensed massage therapist.

Eyebrow and other facial waxes are provided, as well as a wide variety of nail choices, such as gel and acrylic nails, freehand and 3D nail art.

For hair, the newest styles are available using the finest products.

"We only deliver the best available products to our client," Philip said, adding that TT&B uses OPI and Creative Nail items and Paul Mitchell hair products.

Massages include everything from a 15-minute "on-the-go" chair massage to a 90-minute full table massage to treatment with special heated stones to cook out your tension.

Hygiene is a focal point of TT&B's daily routine. Philip said the shop uses only disposable materials. Nothing is saved for washing or sanitation.

"We have only single-use products," Philip said, adding that this all but eliminates the chance of transferring an infection of some sort from one client to another. "We keep it sanitary that way."

TT&B can accommodate bridal parties, birthday parties, or other gatherings.

Currently Tips, Toes & Beyond is offering a getaway special. For just $105, one can escape to experience the difference with a 60-minute massage, pedicure and manicure, and a shampoo and style. This had been a major attraction for many clients.

"We also have gift certificates available," Philip said, "just in time for the gift of beauty for the loved ones."
