Custom apparel and gifts

Inktastic is the authority in custom clothing and gifts in northeast Ohio. Their ability to put anything you can dream up onto anything printable is unsurpassed by the competition.

"You think it, we can make it and you can wear it," said Inktastic owner Alan Dail.

Their custom apparel comes in the form of baby clothes, T-shirts, sweatshirts, team apparel and more. Dail and his staff can make a single item or an order for a large group.

"Most of our business is people who want one or two things, but we also get teams ... those orders quite often have personalized things on each shirt too, like names on the back," said Dail.

They have the ability to make individual orders like this at a reasonable price due to their Direct Garment Printing technology. The technology is basically a large printer that prints images directly onto the surface of the product without the need for creating a screen image first.

"We are less expensive than screen printing places because there is no set-up involved. And since we don't have to make a screen, the possibilities are endless for what you can put on a shirt or a gift," he said.

Along with clothing, they also print on teddy bears, mouse pads, key chains and dog shirts. The turn-around time is faster than many screen printing or embroidery shops, too.

"When people come in and order something, we can usually get it done for them by the next day," said Dail.

Inktastic is located at 3841 Cleveland Road in Wooster. Their hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. They can be reached at 330-345-0911. Inktastic's Web site is www.inktastic.com.
