Xcel Silver

The second place Xcel Silver team members include (front row, left to right) Camille Porco, Brooklyn Scott, Miranda Clouse, Jennavieve Chonko, Aubrey Hankins, (back row) Ava Sems, Julianna Chonko, Layla Hasan, Danica Korneder and Megan Campbell.

Fun in the sun was not on the menu at the Blizzard Beach Gymnastics Meet, held at the Summit County Fairgrounds, but much fun was had by all!

The Xcel Silver gymnasts earned a second place team finish and included Julianna Chonko, who placed second on floor and first on vault, bars, beam, and all around; Jennavieve Chonko finished third on bars and beam and second on vault, floor, and all around; Brooklyn Scott placed second all around and first on bars and beam; Megan Campbell finished first on bars, floor, and all around; Danica Korneder placed third on vault, beam, floor, and all around; Miranda Clouse finished third on beam and all around and first on floor; and Aubrey Hankins placed third on beam. Also competing for the Silver team were Ava Sems, Camille Porco and Layla Hason.

The Xcel Gold gymnasts included Camille Christeon, who finished third all around and first on beam and floor; Anna Strzalka placed first on the floor exercise; and Reagan Schirmer finished first on bars and beam. Erilyn Asher also competed for the Gold team.

The Xcel Platinum Team consisted of Gwenneth Asher, who finished second on vault, beam, floor, and all around; and Gabriella Bohmer placed third on floor and all around and first on vault.

Paige Yu competed level 10 and earned personal best scores on vault, bars, and all around.
