The Cowtown Gymnastics Meet held at the Ohio State Fairgrounds was monumental for Medina Gymnastics Academy gymnasts.

The meet began with the Xcel Gold and Silver Teams achieving first place victories. In the next session, the Xcel Platinum Team reigned victorious as well.

The lone level 8, 9, and 10 gymnasts representing MGA also finished first all around

Xcel Silver

The Xcel Silver gymnasts included Julianna Chonko, who placed second on floor and first on bars, beam, and all around; Aubrey Terrell finished second on bars and floor and first on vault and all around; Keilani Medley placed third on bars, second all around, and first on beam; Danica Korneder placed third all around and first on bars; Ashlyn Cocklin finished third on beam, second on vault, and first on floor; Jennavieve Chonko placed second all around and first on beam and floor; Ava Sems finished third on floor, second all around, and first on vault; Claire McAfee placed third on vault; Allie Cocklin finished third on floor and second on beam; Miranda Clouse placed third all around, second on floor and bars, and first vault; Aubrey Hankins finished third on beam; and Camille Porco placed second on beam. Megan Campbell also competed as a part of the first place Silver Team.

Xcel Gold

The Xcel Gold gymnasts included Mya Gargano, who finished third all around, second on floor, and first on beam; Camille Christeon placed third on bars and floor, second all around, and first on beam; Grace Nelson placed third on vault, beam, and floor; Anna Strzalka finished second on beam and first on bars, floor, and all around; and Erilyn Asher placed third on vault and second on bars and all around. Also competing to help the Xcel Gold team finish first was Mia Macron.

Xcel Platinum

Representing Xcel Platinum, Rebecca Taylor placed third on bars, second on vault and all around, and first on beam; Morgan Rudert finished second on vault and bars and first on beam, floor, and all around; Madison Lee who placed third all around, second on bars, and first on vault and floor; Gabriella Bohmer finished third on beam and first on vault; and Gwenneth Asher placed second on beam and first on bars.

Level up!

Competing Level 8 was Colleen Johnson, who placed third on vault and floor and first on beam and all around. Mackenzie Yu finished third on bars and floor and first on beam and all around at Level 9. Competing Level 10 was Paige Yu, who placed second on vault and bars and first on beam, floor, and all around.
