North Royalton Ward 3 Councilman Dan Langshaw made a special Valentine’s Day proposal Feb. 14. While enjoying a fun romantic afternoon at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium, Langshaw proposed to his girlfriend, Marissa Schuld, in the aquarium’s SeaTube and did it in a unique way. He used divers to assist in helping ask the big question.
Schuld is a 2006 Texas City High School graduate. She earned her associate degree of applied science in nursing from Cuyahoga Community College in 2012 and works as a registered nurse for a local hospital.
Langshaw is a 2004 North Royalton High School graduate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Cleveland State University in 2009. Besides serving as the North Royalton Ward 3 Councilman, he is a veterans service representative for the VA.
The future bride is the daughter of Jayne Schuld and the late Joseph Schuld. The future groom is the son of Don and Kathy Langshaw.
The wedding and reception will be held in summer 2016.
