The Strongsville Post and Dynamic Fitness Group are teaming up to sponsor northeast Ohio's most popular total body transformation contest!

Two lucky winners will receive 12 weeks of unlimited health and fitness coaching by Bryan McIntosh and his staff at Dynamic Fitness Group in Strongsville. Each winner will get 12 weeks of unlimited access to private personal training, unlimited access to group fitness classes, one-on-one nutrition coaching from McIntosh, and a lot of support and encouragement.

Upon completion of the program, each person will be treated to a spa day at Dolce Organic Salon, to receive a cut, color, manicure and pedicure. There will also be a very special prize for each person, to be announced at the end of this contest.

Each applicant must be willing to have their "before" and "after" photos, personal information, and action shots published in the paper and online. To enter, send your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, height, weight, health history, age, occupation and "before" photos to Dynamic Makeover Contest, 14415 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136. Photos should be two full-body shots - one front view and one side view - against a solid color background with no clutter in the photo.
