Krystal Glaser and Kristi Charbonneau

Kristi Charbonneau and daughter, Krystal.

Q: What is your business address and hours of operation?

A: 4811 Foote Road, Medina (although it is a mobile grooming service). Hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday by special request. Call 440-458-4006 or visit for more information.

Q: What type of business/products or services are sold?

A: Bubbles-N-Biscuits provides personalized professional care for your pet in our state of the art mobile grooming salon right in your driveway. We have a completely self contained unit providing a comfortable, safe environment for your pet. We hand dry every pet. We do not believe in leaving your pet in a cage under a dryer for hours.

Q: What benefit does your business bring to the community?

A: We provide a safe convenient atmosphere for your pet to be groomed. No more stressful trips to the groomer. No dropping them off in the morning and waiting around to pick them up in the afternoon.

I attended Ohio Academy of Pet Styling and completed their Pet Styling certification program in 1999 and worked in a grooming shop for a while and decided I wanted to offer more to the pet owners than what the typical grooming shop had to offer. I started my business in 2006. and through referrals from my customers was completely booked and unable to take on new clients very quickly. My daughter, Krystal, has worked with me since 2009 and we decided to expand and add another mobile van to help service all the customers that we have to keep turning away. So now we have a strong mother/daughter team and would love to help relieve the stress and anxiety of taking your pets to the grooming shop and leaving them. We service several areas from Medina all the way out to Lakewood. We work with pets with grooming anxiety to build trust by having the same groomer each time.

Q: Why do you love running a business in your community?

A: Medina is such a wonderful tight-knit community. I love that everyone is so friendly and willing to support each other and the local businesses. Its a great feeling to be a part of such a wonderful growing community and offer a personalized service to pet owners.

Q: Why is it important for people in the community to keep their dollars local?

A: We are a small, independently-owned business based in your Medina. Support for the local businesses is what continues to make a strong, tight-knit community and makes it a desirable place to live.

Q: What is the primary reason customers choose your business?

A: We provide convenience, attention to detail, safety, personalized care and one-on-one attention versus the assembly line mentality of the big business grooming shops. Your pet doesn’t have the stress of the trip to the grooming shop. We groom them right there in the driveway. We do not use any cage dryers. Every pet is dried by hand. Your pet will have the same groomer every time which builds a relationship with the customer and builds a bond and trust with the pet.
