Recorder Joe Salzgeber has focused on customer service
To the Editor:
I am a legal assistant and I have worked closely with Joe Salzgeber for the past four years.
Joe is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate law and related matters. Many Medina attorneys have contacted Joe over the years for clarification on matters due to his expertise. He is far more qualified than his primary opponent to continue serving as Medina County recorder.
As Medina County recorder Joe has focused first and foremost on customer service. He has a very professional staff with whom I have had the opportunity to interact with when filing deeds and other legal documents. The recorder’s office accepts documents for filing from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and also accepts documents for filing online.
During his first year as recorder, Joe has improved the process of obtaining and renewing official Veteran IDs. He has also promoted the property fraud alert program. Joe has revived the “Good Deeds Program” to encourage seniors to obtain survivorship and transfer on death deeds, which was started by his predecessor Colleen Swedyk and Judge Kevin Dunn.
Please join me in voting for Joe Salzgeber in the Republican primary.
