Alex Jenkins, 26, of Seville, passed away Jan. 19, 2015. He was born in Medina to Charles and Janet (Craig) Jenkins. Alex graduated in 2006 from Cloverleaf Local Schools and the Medina County Career Center. He was currently enrolled at the University of Akron, majoring in psychology.
Alex was a loving person who enjoyed art, music, humor, anything the color green, science, history and learning new things. He loved all people and animals, except spiders. One of Alex’s favorite quotes was “Music is the wine that fills the cup of silence” by Robert Fripp.
Alex is survived by parents Charles and Janet; sister Kierstin Jenkins; maternal grandfather John Craig of Seville; paternal grandparents Warner and Kathryn Jenkins of Medina; girlfriend Ashley Gilbert and daughter Adrianna; aunts and uncles Randy (Anne) Jenkins, Connie (David) Watson, Sandy Craig, Lorrie (Terry) Toolis, Vicky Stoyko and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Arletta and Thomas Szabo and Uncle Marvin Craig.
